Una Storia® Bijoux continues its support for the Fondation Hôpitaux de France, by donating 5% of the total sales recorded on its official e-boutique between November 30 and December 25, 2020 inclusive.

LOCKDOWN FROM 03/17 to 05/11/2020 inclusive
Una Storia® Bijoux donated a percentage of its sales to the Fondation Hôpitaux de France for Covid-19 during the period from March 17 to May 11, 2020 inclusive.
Thank you, dear customers, for allowing us to carry out this support operation. Delivery is free (packages dropped off in mailboxes). Orders were processed once a week, on Wednesday mornings. During this period, our carrier Colissimo had indicated a delivery time of 3 to 5 days. Deliveries have always been guaranteed, and we are grateful to them. Jewellery returns have been extended to 30 days after the end of the lockdown.
In accordance with government recommendations, our Maison Una Storia® bijoux has implemented teleworking for its e-commerce department employees. We remain available to answer your questions via chat, email, phone, and social media from the heart of the Vichy spa resort (03).
Every morning, the Una Storia® jewellery team members are delighted to discover your orders, which they prepare with the greatest care.
