Una Storia® Bijoux continues its support for the Fondation Hôpitaux de France, by donating 5% of the total sales recorded on its official e-boutique between November 30 and December 25, 2020 inclusive.

Una Storia® Bijoux donated a percentage of its sales to the Fondation Hôpitaux de France for Covid-19 during the period from March 17 to May 11, 2020 inclusive.
Thank you, dear customers, for allowing us to carry out this support operation. Delivery was free (parcels deposited in letterboxes). Orders were processed once a week, on Wednesday mornings. During this period, our carrier Colissimo indicated a delivery time of 3 to 5 days. Deliveries were always ensured and we are grateful for that. Jewellery returns were extended up to 30 days after the end of the lockdown.
In accordance with government recommendations, our Una Storia® bijoux House has implemented teleworking for e-commerce service employees. We remain available to answer your questions via Chat, email, phone, and social networks from the heart of the thermal spa town of Vichy (03).
Every morning, the employees of the Una Storia® bijoux team joyfully discover your orders, which they prepare with the greatest care.
