From sketch to prototype

It all begins with the creation of hand-drawn sketches based on the brief from the development office based in Vichy, France.

Once validated, the design is reproduced in three dimensions on a computer, thus preparing the creation of the prototype. This is then sculpted in wax from molds developed using the 3D model, marking the first step in its transformation into silver.

From the silver prototype to the final jewel

Six steps are necessary to customize our silver bangle. After assembly and soldering, the jewel is rhodium plated and then manually set with the greatest care: 20 minutes are necessary to set the stones one by one in our bangle .

Next comes polishing, ensuring a perfect finish.

The final, artisanal step of lacquer application takes 30 minutes and guarantees color intensity and durability. Finally, each piece undergoes rigorous quality control, ensuring uncompromising excellence.
