Our French jewellery store, UNA STORIA, delivers throughout Europe. In France, Colissimo delivery is guaranteed within 48 hours, and in the rest of Europe within 72 hours, for all orders placed Monday to Friday until 3:30 p.m. (excluding public holidays).
Two delivery methods are available to you :
- Colissimo at a parcel relay point ;
- Colissimo Home Delivery with signature required. The cost will be shown in your shopping cart.
You have 30 days to return your order from the date of purchase (60 days during the Christmas holidays) . To preserve the shine of your UNA STORIA jewellery, we recommend that you follow these precautions: clean them regularly with a soft, dry cloth and avoid contact with water and cosmetics (perfume, soap, cream) and cleaning products.
