DELIVERY
- In metropolitan France, Colissimo delivery is provided within 48 hours and is free on orders over €300.
- In the rest of Europe, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Colissimo delivery is provided within 3 to 5 days.
- Parcel pickup point or home delivery against signature.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday until 3:30 PM (excluding public holidays).
RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your order (60 days during the Christmas holiday season). To preserve the shine of your UNA STORIA jewellery, we recommend that you follow these precautions: clean them regularly with a soft, dry cloth and avoid contact with water and cosmetics (perfume, soap, cream) and cleaning products.
