The jewellery from our French jewellery brand UNA STORIA is certified 925 sterling silver with a rhodium plating and comes with a certificate. It is covered by a 2-year warranty for all orders placed through our official online store, in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale.

DELIVERY
- In metropolitan France, Colissimo delivery is provided within 48 hours and is free on orders over €300.
- In the rest of Europe, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Colissimo delivery is provided within 3 to 5 days.
- Parcel pickup point or home delivery against signature.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday until 3:30 PM (excluding public holidays).
RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your order (60 days during the Christmas holiday season). UNA STORIA's rhodium plated 925 silver jewellery is carefully presented in a box with a warranty card and a gift bag. Your order is then placed in a discreet, high-quality, shock-resistant package (our jewellery brand does not appear on the package).
To preserve the shine of your UNA STORIA jewellery, we recommend that you follow these precautions: clean them regularly with a soft, dry cloth and avoid contact with water and cosmetics (perfume, soap, cream) and cleaning products.
